Ezel kills himself alongside eysan. There are lot of theories that suggest that he only loses his memory and returns back to Can. But the end is decided from viewers prespective: If you believe in afterlife, you think EZEL is alive and if u dont, you would think he is dead. I personally think he died near Eysan :( Sad but true
